When you book direct you pay less with no third party booking fees. You can book directly on our website.


Do you require a rental agreement?

Yes, The rental agreement will be sent as an attachment once the reservation is confirmed. We require all guests to read it and by checking the I agree to terms box, it means you have agreed to all of the terms and are legally obligated to follow the rental agreement rules. If you have questions, please ask.


What are your check-out instructions?

1. Leave the bedding to us. Don't worry about stripping the beds- just leave as is.

2. Please start a load of towels in the wash machine before you leave. Do not wash beach towels and white towels together.

3. Please wash all dishes and put them away.

4. Please remove all items from the refrigerator and place all items in the trash.

5. Please log out of your streaming services before departure.


Do you have a minimum night stay?

Our minimum night stay is 2 nights. However, night stay varies with seasons. In high demand times our minimum will increase to up to 4 nights. But, if you have a request that doesn't fit our typical minimum please do not hesitate to reach out to see if we have flexibility for your stay.


What times are check-in and check-out?

Please refer to each property's listing, as check-in and check out times can vary.


How does check-in work? Do we have to go somewhere to get keys?

You won't need to go anywhere to pick up or drop off keys. 1 day prior to your check in you will receive your personal keyless entry code plus additional information about arriving the home.


Where can we get driving directions, house details, access info, Wi-Fi, etc. to help us plan our trip?

Details will be sent to your email 1 day prior to your check-in date.


Can guests check in early?

We are happy to let guests check in early if our cleaner has been able to clean the house from the previous guests. We will let you know about an early check in time once our cleaner has completed cleaning the homr.


Do you have wi-fi and cable at the house?

Yes, our homes have high speed wireless internet and cable (depends on location). The living room and bedrooms have smart TVs with streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.


May we bring an animal to your vacation home?

Yes, some properties are pet friendly and others are not. Please reach out about a specific property if you are unsure.


What are the booking terms?

We require 100% down upon booking your reservation.


Security Deposit: A security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 1 day prior to your arrival and will be released within 5 days after your departure as long as no damage was incurred by the guest. Please look at each listing’s house rules to see the security deposit amount.


What is your cancellation policy?

Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.

For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. We are not responsible for weather changes / delays leading up to and during your reservation. In the event of a storm, our cancellation policy stands. Please purchase Travel Insurance.


Do you supply linens?

Yes. All bedding, bathroom and kitchen towels will be supplied.
