If you don't want bugs, mosquito's, spiders, snakes, armadillos, lizards, iguanas, raccoons, palmetto bugs, deer and/or cockroaches in the house, please do not leave the door open. We do not give refunds for bug and/or animals found in or outside the property. We do have a monthly pest service in place.

+ An event is defined as more than 12 people at the property at the same time and must be approved in advance.
+ Primary renter must be 25 years or older to rent.
+ Pets must be disclosed and listed in your reservation (4 pet maximum, $150 pet fee).
