Please be aware that this is Florida. If you don't want bugs, mosquito's, spiders, snakes, armadillos, lizards, iguanas, raccoons, palmetto bugs, deer and/or cockroaches in the house, please do not leave the door open. We do not give refunds for bug and/or animals found in or outside the property. We do have a monthly pest service in place. We can at anytime have dangerous animals located on this property.
HOUSE RULES:
+ An event is defined as more than 9 people at the property at the same time and must be approved in advance.
+ The property has a pool that does not have a gate or lock. If you choose to bring children, please do not ever leave them unattended. All persons swim at their own risk, no life guard on duty.
+ Primary renter must be 25 years or older to rent.
+ Pets must be disclosed and listed in your reservation (2 pet maximum, $100)
