The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, with two twin beds to comfortably sleep up to four guests. The second full bathroom is conveniently located with a tub/shower combo.

★IMPORTANT★
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $33 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Neighborhood overviewHarbour Place is a smaller complex in Orange Beach, AL surrounded by like size condos which allows guests to enjoy the beach without the crowds. It is within walking distance to several seafood restaurants and shopping centers.
